Recipe iceberg lettuce salad with mango and almond



Ingredients

  • 1 unit lettuce iceberg
  • 1 unit Mango
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 50 g beans
  • 30 g seeds Sesame
  • 40 g oil Sesame
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 35 g Vinegar Balsamic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Steps

  1. Get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a skillet Sauté until browned sesame seeds.
  3. In a pot of boiling water and a little salt, add the beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the chopped lettuce, mango and green beans cut into small cubes.
  5. Mix the olive oil, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the salad, add the sliced ​​almonds and sesame seeds, cover with vinaigrette.
