Ingredients
- 1 unit lettuce iceberg
- 1 unit Mango
- 30 g Almonds
- 50 g beans
- 30 g seeds Sesame
- 40 g oil Sesame
- 30 g Olive oil
- 35 g Vinegar Balsamic
- Salt
- Pepper
Steps
- Get all the ingredients ready.
- In a skillet Sauté until browned sesame seeds.
- In a pot of boiling water and a little salt, add the beans and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix the chopped lettuce, mango and green beans cut into small cubes.
- Mix the olive oil, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve the salad, add the sliced almonds and sesame seeds, cover with vinaigrette.
