Ingredients
· 2 units fresh plums ;
· 1 unit: Passion ;
· 1/2 cup: Cold water.
Preparation
· Sanitize the plums and remove the stones. set aside.
· Take the passion fruit pulp. put in a blender along with the ice-cold water. beat. strain the juice.
· Add the plums to the strained juice of passion fruit and grind. is ready juice.
· Serve the plum juice and passion fruit and take immediately.
Note: The natural fruit juices such with prune juice after ready quickly lose their nutrients.
