Choose a pomegranate with a thin skin, rough and without breaks. The heavier, is more juicy fruit.
Check the pomegranate with cuts, as if to break it into quarters.
Soak in cold water. The water will loosen the seeds to make them easier to collect.
Run your fingers on each slice to begin to separate the seeds.
Remove the seeds, which are likely to be floating in the water. Then let it dry for 5 minutes.
Save the seeds if you do not want to eat them immediately. You can put them in a container and refrigerate them for up to three days or freeze them for up to six months.
If you do not want to waste the skin, leave it intact, make a sculpture with it, put a candle inside and go!
