Healthy Recipes for Kids: FROZEN BANANA


Ice cream is a classic dessert that we all love. Try this healthy version and enjoy it with your little ones.

 

Ingredients

· Yield : 4 servings
· 4 bananas
· 2 tablespoons honey or vanilla essence 1
· 2 tablespoons blueberries or raspberries
· To decorate: 1 tablespoon of cereal (optional)


 

Preparation

1. Peel and cut bananas in the form of coins and bring them in a bowl in the freezer.

2. Once they are frozen bananas happens to the food processor or blender and process good.

NOTE

This ice cream can be served with sweet milk (condensed milk) or peanut butter, and with any fruit that you like children. Actually it is not necessary to put milk or cream to get a good result.

For adults you can try to do it with a little rum, coconut milk and dark chocolate.
