Ingredients:
- ½ banana
- 8-10 strawberries
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 200 ml milk (rice, coconut, soya are ok!)
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (or honey)
The first secret - The banana has to be frozen: peel it and slice it the night before, and freeze it overnight.
The second secret - Add butter, not regular butte, of course. Try almond, peanut or hazelnut butter. It will give thickness to the smoothie.
