Banana Bread - Healthy Banana Bread Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs 
  • 4 bananas
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of olive oil (or 120 g butter at room temperature from the original recipe)
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar (I used cream of tartar “Spadoni mill” cake) or a sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • lemon juice q.s.

Preparation:


1. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they become mush and drizzle with a little ‘of lemon juice so they do not blacken
 

2. In another bowl, beat the sugar with the oil until frothy
 

3. Add the eggs and continue beating





4. Put as the flour sifted with the cream of tartar, pinch of salt, baking soda, cinnamon and mix well together
 

5. Finally add the mash bananas and mix

6. Coated the loaf pan with parchment paper or buttered and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 50-60 minutes
